| A programme has been launched to improve and development the creative performing arts inherited with the Blind/VI persons. Thirteen Residential Schools for Blind/ VI, youth and adults has been identified for the launching of this programme in collaboration with the partner Christian Children's Fund- Sri Lanka . |
